始建于北宋，兴盛于明清，黄姚古镇3.2平方公里的核心区内，300多座明清古建筑依山傍水而建，15座古桥横跨三江，青石板路如脉络般串联起戏台、民居与商号，参天古榕见证着千年兴衰，楹联牌匾镌刻着人文风雅，构成了“粉墙黛瓦、街巷幽深，小桥流水、诗韵悠长”的独特景致，被誉为“岭南版清明上河图”。

Founded in the Northern Song Dynasty and flourishing in the Ming and Qing dynasties, Huangyao Ancient Town covers 3.2 square kilometers in its core area. Over 300 Ming and Qing ancient buildings are built along the mountains and water, 15 ancient bridges span the Three Rivers, and bluestone roads connect opera stages, residences, and shops like veins. 马年新春，黄姚的热闹从非遗舞鱼龙开始。大年初二的鱼龙闹春盛典氛围感拉满，数百村民自发组建巡游队伍，演绎光对阵、五花阵、舞鱼舞龟蚌等近20个传统节目，唢呐声起，鱼龙灯舞，从钱兴广场古戏台一路巡游至古镇深处，将传承两百余年的民俗韵味展现得淋漓尽致。

如果您错过了这场民俗盛宴也没有关系。大年初三至初六，鱼龙巡游互动持续升温，舞蹈小姐姐带队举灯穿行街巷，游客可随时加入，沉浸式感受这场非遗狂欢！

 In the Year of the Horse, the lively Huang Yao celebration began with the intangible cultural heritage fish and dragon dance. The atmosphere of the Fish-Dragon Spring Festival on the second day of the Lunar New Year was at its peak. Hundreds of villagers spontaneously formed parade teams to perform nearly 20 traditional acts such as light duels, five-flower formations, fish and clam dances, and turtle-shell dances. Suona horns played, fish-dragon lantern dances paraded from the ancient opera stage at Qianxing Square all the way to the depths of the ancient town, vividly showcasing the folk charm passed down for over two hundred years.

If you missed this folk feast, that's okay. From the third to the sixth day of the Lunar New Year, the fish-dragon parade continues to heat up, with dancers leading lanterns through the alleys. Visitors can join in at any time to immerse themselves in this intangible cultural heritage celebration!

    Welcome to the thousand-year-old ancient town—Huangyao Ancient Town. Here is a summer travel guide for this season:

    1. In the scenic area, you can find peddlers dressed in ancient costumes and beautiful young women (NPCs). Interact to win silver notes and identity task cards. When you complete designated tasks, there are extra surprises!

    2. Use the map on the back of the notes to find the location of the Huangyao Secret Realm. With your banknotes, earn more silver notes in the ancient market and park interactions.

    3. Each banknote has a denomination of 10 taels, and spending at the ancient-style market offers other surprise surprises.

    4. You can compete against other visitors to win their silver tickets! Good luck!

    5. Silver notes can be exchanged for gifts at the gift exchange shop in Huangyao Secret Realm; (Prize winners must present a valid scenic area ticket valid for the day; paper or electronic tickets are acceptable.) Gifts are limited and available while stocks last.
